My style of Mentor Coaching consists of coaching and feedback in a collaborative, appreciative and dialogued process. It is composed of both observed and/or recorded coaching sessions to increase the the mentee coach’s capability in coaching, in alignment with the ICF Core Competencies. I also specialize in mentoring coaches in how the Dare to Lead™ curriculum aligns with key ICF Core Competencies and supporting therapists and other helping professionals who are entering the coaching profession and redefining their scope of practice and adherence to the ICF Code of Ethics.
My rate for 10 hours of individual ACC Mentor Coaching is $2,500.00. I also offer 10 hours of small group coach mentoring for up to three (3) individuals at a rate of $2,000.00 per person. Please note: Three of the 10 group mentoring hours must be one-on-one sessions and group mentoring counts for a maximum of seven hours towards the ICF ACC Coach Mentoring requirement.
